Porta-Dry Compressed Air Distribution Manifold: Model PD-165-10G-M
Porta-Dry, LLC has designed and is now manufacturing our exclusive Model PD165-10G-M, Portable Compressed Air Distribution Manifold. This portable manifold accepts pre-filtered and dried compressed air supplied by our Porta-Dry, Portable Compressed Air Dryer/Filter unit and then distributes it to multiple users at point-of-use pneumatic equipment/tooling applications.
Many industrial facilities are still using "homemade" compressed air distribution manifolds to supply workers with compressed air to drive their pneumatic equipment and tooling. Most manifolds do NOT come with a pressure relief safety valve and pressure gauge to ensure that personnel are not working with unsafe air pressure. We manufacture our Porta-Dry portable air manifolds with wheels so workers will not need to pick the unit up to relocate it to another work area in the plant. Simply lift up on the welded pull T-handle and roll it to where you need it!
Each Porta-Dry model PD165-10G-M, Portable Compressed Air Distribution Manifold is supplied standard with the following standard features:
- One (1) 2" NPT Inlet with a 1.5" ball valve and hose fitting
- Six (6) 3/4" NPT outlets with ball valves and hose fittings
- One (1) pressure relief safety valve (set at 150 psi)
- One (1) heavy duty pressure gauge
- One (1) manual cable-style tank drain
- Axle assembly w/ two (2) 10" diameter solid rubber wheels
- One (1) pull T-Handle and inlet/outlet fittings, ball valves w/safety handles.
- One (1) spare 1" outlet port (plugged off)
- Formed front saddle bracket with rubber stops
- Formed Top-Plate for misc. used & strapping
- ASME Data Plate
- Exterior Power Coated / Silver Gray
